I dunno, I haven't -had- sex, but I know that people and critters are made so it feels good and they -want- to further their species. It's just how it works. It's how you would've happened if you'd been born normal like instead of through a computer program. But, you're humanlike now and I bet you'd be able to feel all that stuff if you wanted to poke at it ever.
