Obito, holding a baby Charmander in one arm, is between his Ponyta and Deerling who look rather like they want to take a bite out of one another.]

This is way uncool! I -know- you two can get along. Is it Kiyo? [The baby charmander, who had a pretty impressive looking grip on his shirt, was lifted a little.] You were cool until Kiyo hatched Cabbage! Kinda. Okay maybe not so much, but you were learning to get on with Katon just fine!

[Thus, with the video still on, you finally get to see the baby Petilil as she makes a run for it with Obito's gear in hand, giggling all the way.]

Well, there're certain abilities parents can pass on to offspring that they couldn't have otherwise. It can get pretty elaborate.

Sort of. For example, Charmander can have Belly Drum as a move when it hatches if the father is a Snorlax and the mother is a Charmeleon or Charizard.

Technically Ditto can work with anything but another Ditto, but as far as getting special attacks, we'd need more forethought.

Well, I was told about those machines that teach special moves with discs. We need to look into that now that I have a little money.

Technical Machines, you mean. There's also Move Tutors, but the skills available aren't all the same as ones learned through breeding as far as I know.

Yeah those! And that sucks, but it'd still be good if we do the egg selling thing right? Be worth more to have them know more.

Right. It's a solid source of income, and I don't think very many people put a lot of work into it.

Which is dumb, cause you could get some hardcore awesome if you did it right. I wanna do it right and get our critters up to prime fighting ability. Whatcha think?
