That is the most kickass way to die and my name will be remembered forever and all the shinobi who come after, when they pay respect to the memorial stone, will see me there too, even if they don't -realize- they see it. I was angling for Hokage but eh, this'll work too.

If we weren't prepared for the danger that comes with our careers, no one would have let us put ourselves in danger like that in the first place.

Every shinobi knows that every mission they leave the village on might be the mission where they don't come home. We do the best we can to keep it from happening. Teamwork is -everything-. Your team relies on you and you rely on them, and that means that sometimes it's super hard if you lose someone. But it means that nobody gets left behind, and no one gets forgotten, see?

... In the worst case scenario that someone is lost and there isn't anything to do about it, the mission's completion becomes top priority for the remaining shinobi. But, we still try to make sure that everyone makes it out in one piece.
