[After returning his pokémon to their balls, he pauses briefly. Itachi is really there... There's a moment when he glances over his shoulder to them, eyes narrowing. He really meant what he had told Obito; he wouldn't forgive any of them if they interfered.

It was with this in mind that he meets his gaze with Itachi's once more, controlling the urge to shake with fear, to run away, or to launch forward and attack as he takes slow and steady steps towards his brother. A large part of him is fearful of what he will hear - that it will make everything he knows wrong, that he had been wrong, but the desire to know what actually happened wins out. If only barely, Sasuke wants to know the truth more than he fears it.]
